Sometimes it's what you order sometimes it's not sometimes it's good food sometimes it's not
Went up to see family for Memorial Day weekend and decided to stop at this KFC for a bite to eat. I was already on the road for about 2+ hours and had not had dinner so I was starving. I was perusing the menu items and noticed that the KFC Hot Wings was not listed. This was the reason why I stopped in the first place. Hot Wings! I got to the counter and asked the kid taking my order if they had Hot Wings and he politely said that it was not served at this location. So I opted for the 3 piece Big Box Meal with mashed potatoes and potato wedges, and a regular drink. I paid for my meal and asked the kid what I'm actually getting and he said two legs, one thigh and the sides I ordered. So I happily moved aside to wait. As I finished filling up my cup with Diet Pepsi some other kid said my order was ready. So I grabbed it and headed out not knowing what was to befall me. I got in the car all happy to have something to eat despite the no Hot Wings issue. My BF was at the wheel so I can eat as he drove the rest of the way. I opened my Big Box Meal and was ultimately dissatisfied! My meal was covered in grease. I got two thighs and a leg rather than the reverse. AND I was given Cole Slaw instead of mashed potatoes. There was no way to turn back! We were already too far out. I had to suck it up and deal with the nauseating feeling of digesting greasy chicken. I wasn't about to open the Cole Slaw as I am an Anti-Cole Slaw person. Another thing that was disappointing was that I assumed my meal came with a cookie and that was just not true. No Hot Wings. No mashed potatoes. No cookie. I felt totally defeated as I slumped in my seat and staring at my not so appealing dinner. I should have left as soon as I found out about No Hot Wings! :(
This is the worst kfc they mess up our order every time we go there and always have a 30 min wait because they don't have chicken made at 300pm for the family meals and act like it's an inconvenience thinking they need all new crew
Stopped by this KFC on our road trip south. They messed up on our order, so we went back to see if they would correct it for us. A sweet gal named Hannah Mae gave us great customer service, and replaced our order entirely and willingly. Would definitely recommend you stop by here if you like fried chicken, and we would go back again.
Very slow also ran out of what we ordered seems like every time we go there they miss up our order good place to eat
