Food was great. Hot and fresh. Team kept bar supplied. Waitress very friendly and attentive
Breakfast portions are a joke, 2 breakfast sausages, really! Hash brown potatoes that are reheatedand actually burned. They actually asked us if we wanted jam for our toast, they have removed the jam assortment tray and asked what flavor we would like.
Husband, daughter & myself had a wonderful Sunday lunch here. Found restaurant to be very clean. Staff was pleasant & prompt. Food was on time & perfect! Difficult to believe other reviews were from this Big Boy because we look forward to coming back! Excellent!
Our experience over the last couple of years with gooey fish and cold dry french fries, very sloppy Big Boy burgers and Slim Jim's that need a knife and fork to avoid making a mess.
Overall our food was fresh and came out fast. When we finally got a server. It's obviously busy there on Sundays at this location, but we had to get up and get someone to serve us. Again. The food, the important part was very good.
We use to love going to Big Boy because you knew that you could always get a decent meal reasonably priced. So sad but by bye Clare Big Boy.
This place should just close. Dirty greasy floors, nasty restrooms, poor food quality and child size portions on our recent visit has convinced us to eat elsewhere.
Have been stopping at this location for years on our way home from our cottage. We will not be stopping here anymore.
Back again. 11/17/17. Service is better but they messed up my order again. Different waitress. I ordered light cheese on my omelette, she took that to mean I wanted extra on top. WTH? I won't be back to this restaurant.
Our waitress was way too pushy. She visited our table three times within the first five minutes before we were ready, then left for over 10 minutes while we were ready. I ordered a bowl of chili which she brought a cup, planning on bringing another when I finished the first cup. I was not impressed. Plus, I tried to order a mint shake which she refused to bring saying they tasted bad.
