We would highly recommend the care at Surrey Veterinary Clinic. Emergency care means everything to a pet owner. Kind and caring staff showed concern for our dog regardless of the fact that it was a holiday weekend. Thank you does not feel like enough.
Honestly one of the best vets I've found. The staff is wonderful and the Dr truly cares about the pets! Kim (I believe is her name) was more than kind when we were there with our sick cat. All of this being said, the bookkeeper is one of the most non compassionate people I've talked to. While trying to ask her questions, she continued speaking over me (so I was never able to actually say what I was trying to say and to clarify what I needed clarified) and then after yelling at me, I said to her "I have no idea how you can treat someone like this, my cat is dying" she proceeds to say "if your cat is dying I don't know how you have time to argue with me". Before HANGING UP ON ME, She also said "we obviously know what we're doing, we've been in business for 40 years"...yes they do know what they're doing, it isn't about me or how terribly that woman treated me. It's about my pets and like I said the staff is more than wonderful with my pets and more than compassionate with me. I just hope that rubs off on the bookkeeper or they find someone to replace her. When people are dealing with sick/dying pets that behavior is inexcusable, it's never ok but more so when they're losing a loved one.
My Lab pup went in with a bad case a deadly aggressive Parvovirus and 6 days later released with a new lease on life.
I appreciated how quickly the staff got me in for my cat to be seen, even though it was my first time. My cat was sick and the staff and doctor treated Fritz, my cat, and I will compassion and great care! I would highly recommend Surrey Veterinary clinic!
I've been taking my animals to Surrey Vt Clinic for many years. It is fortunate that Dr. Siegert is so caring and great because the front office staff always makes me feel like it is an imposition to help me. They lost my dog's labwork and did not apologize or seem to be bothered by it. Smile and be friendly people - it isn't hard to do.
