My preferred Secretary of State office. I choose this one over Midland or Mt. Pleasant offices. Short wait and pleasant employees. My 16 year old requested to get his license here bc of the nice employee he had here when getting his driving permit.

Ive gone 2xs and turn me away cause i didn't have the exact birth certificate with me n I've had to wait two months now jus to get my Michigan ID . The government is really picky n don't make no sense .
I'm not sure with these other reviews but when I went in today I was greatly pleased and only had a 5 minute wait. They were very fast, friendly, and helpful. I've been to many sos offices and this one was the quickest and easiest.
Worst employees ever. 3rd time there to get the same thing done. Horrible attitude horrible serice. Our taxpayer money at work psytjing these really really stupid, rude peoples.
