I really like this place, I have spent a lot of time here and I can say that although they might not have all of the equipment your looking for I, in the past 3 years, have never found a workout I couldn't do. This place has very nice employees and very nice members.
They have a variety of classes with excellent instructors as well as a friendly and knowledgeable staff
Love going here. Great helpful staff and I love that you can go anytime day or night.
