The finance "manager" Nick is a LIAR and a cheat and Shannon the woman who does all the paperwork to get you financed is a complete moron. She is horrible and will destroy your credit. These two people lied to us REPEATEDLY and we can prove it. They changed the price of the car we wanted AFTER we signed paperwork causing all kinds of problems. We have signed paperwork in hand telling us what our payments were to be our APR etc. Then 2 days later without telling us they changed the price of the car stating since we didnt purchase there GAP coverage we had to pay more for the car. We ended up with a $210 a month higher payment then agreed. Nick actually stated to us that in order for him to make money he had to raise the price...AND THAT WAS AFTER WE HAD THE CAR FOR A WEEK! They also had a commercial on the radio stating "no cash trades hands payments stay same or less" THIS IS A COMPLETE FALSEHOOD LIE AND SHAM! I could go on with more but you get the point. Sorry to salesman Ken Ames the review good you asked us for wont happen!

Since my previous review we've been back for service (oil change) and everything seems much smoother. The staff is friendly and professional. We were pleased with the treatment we were afforded.
They worked hard to make the sale, but there seemed to be much confusion behind the scenes. This may have been due to the personnel changes that were occuring at the time.
I haven't bought a car from this dealer so this review is only about the service department. Whether or not you'd trust the guy that 5 stars only one place and it happens to be this one is up to you. But I'm a mechanic myself but on occasion a guy doesn't have time or the dealer secrets to fix something on his truck. I'm not so much paying them because I don't know how to fix it but more so that they can find parts that I can't and they'll often have a warrenty on the big stuff. I know what a decent price is and they have given me one the few times I've come in. If I can't fix my truck in a reasonable amount of time I'd rather tow it 100 miles to McDonald and have them fix it than let the local idiots break it more. And I can get an appointment the same week I call most of the time.
