Last trip became more involved and involved a broken derailleur hanger, cassette and chain. The repair work was done right the first time.

Once again the Ray's team did me an awesome solid. First they helped put on an awesome race this weekend with the Clarabella Groad, Thanks. Secondly, as I was warming up my shifting was not good, with literally 10 minutes before the race started they found a frayed cable and replaced it at the race. Taylor and the Ray's crew have always gone far above and beyond for us. Great people to do business with.

Many trips into the store to browse, buy and for bicycle repair. Every suggestion for my needs has been spot on. Bike lights? Check. Road shoes? Check. Cold weather cycling pants? Check. Chain lube? Check.
(Gladwin) Taylor and her staff provide the best service I have ever received from any bike shop that I have visited in my life. They worked within my budget and have I done business with them for years. My only complaint is they need a store in the Gladwin area. But I understand why. Perhaps the new bike trail that will be built between Gladwin and Beaverton within a few years might provide for them a new opportunity. But if not, I am still happy and content to visit their store in Clare.
I am completly confident in the professionalism and competence of the staff. Ray's is my go to LBS for information and mechanical skill. Great addition to Clare County.
